libattean-perl software package provides semantic web framework, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libattean-perl
libattean-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libattean-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libattean-perl *
You will get with libattean-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
